Sean McGreevy
Founder - Sean McGreevy
Sean was born into a family ingrained within the building industry.
Whilst SC Projects has its own experience and history it also has its extended advisory group, with more than 40 years experience.
Sean's grandfather was a carpenter and project manager in Ireland managing multi-scale projects.
His father was a Quantity Surveyor when he migrated to Australia and became the Senior Executive Manager to one of the biggest commercial construction companies in Australia and New Zealand, so you could say building is in his blood.
Sean has over 15 years experience in the construction industry.
His experience ranges within commercial and residential construction, from health care, age care, office fit-outs, multi use entertainment facilities to disability homes and project homes.
Sean has also had experience as a foreman, looking after large scale commercial projects with a Tier 1 builder - Multiplex.
Sean developed his knowledge for commercial construction and continued to expand his professional experience and skillset within the residential sector.
Throughout his time in residential construction he worked on multiple projects ranging from renovations, extensions, new builds, alterations and minor repairs.
His knowledge of the industry has made Sean a highly skilled and reputable builder and Sean always looks for the best solution for his client and projects.
